I don't think that this would be a good idea. In fact, I don't see why ccTLD managers should have any kind of "special" powers in these elections, given that these are the At Large Directors elections, and they are meant to represent At Large members. I think that established groups and lobbies already have a broad way to get representation by means of the Supporting Organizations.
