      I Think that you raised an important issue.
      It seems that we must stick those regions to the technical/operative matters (as those handled by the RIRs), rather than cultural or social ones.

      I do believe that this organization (ICANN) must promote the participacion of as more countries/territories as possible. The previous wouldn't be possible if we force them to discuss the internet issues with countries that doen't share anything but connectivity wire.

      I understand that RIRs must be attached to this matter, but why do the rest of constituencies must follow the connectivity model?

      I propose to let the people vote (as soon as at large membership reaches more population) and decide which region they feel more confortable to discuss Internet matters.
