BC position on new gTLDs

please find attached for distribution to the ICANN Board a copy of a
paper adopted last week by the Business Constituency.


The paper calls for all future domain names to be restricted/sponsored
subject to six guiding principles. And it supports the creation of up
to three new restricted/sponsored names in the short term while the
evaluation of the last expansion is underway. I hope this will be
useful as the Board considers the issue.
