A full-text, side-by-side, color-coded comparison of the three bylaws
proposals submitted to the Department of Commerce (ICANN, BWG and ORSC) is
posted at:

A copy of the file, sans website links and promo, has been sent to the NTIA
comments address.  In addition, letters have been sent to members of the
Committee on Science and the Subcommittees on Basic Research and on
Technology who heard testimony last week on this issue.

This is an independent, impartial, and pro bono effort to clarify the
differences among the three proposals.  The page is large and loads slowly,
but I think you will find that it is worth the wait.
