Domain Name Holders Constituency (NCDNHC) of the DNSO by providing a
sign-up procedure on its website at http://www.iciiu.org/NCDNHC.htm.
Interested persons and organizations are invited to express their
intention to join the NCDNHC through the ICIIU procedure. The
