We recently ran across a company call enic that is selling and
registering .cc domains as top level domains.  Is this a top level
domain?

We own the trademark to shopdirect and shopdirect.com and a group has
purchased and will be using www.shopdirect.cc and we consider this a
trademark infringement if this is indeed a top level domain.

What is the validity to enics statement that this is a top level domain?
