hello.   recently i received a solicitation from enic (www.ccnic.cc
offering) my domains for $100 each.   what is the signifigance of
".cc"?   is this considered a "top level domain"?   how many of these
other domains are there?   where can i find out more about domains
being released?thank you very much for any info on this matter.
