Geographic region

Art VI, Section 6

I can see a fuzzy classification regarding what is a "Geographic
Region".  Where does North America begins and where does it ends? USA ?
Mexico ?, Middle of Mexico?  Where does South America ? Panama,
Colombia ?? Where is the Caribbean included ?

Why don't clarify:
NA.- USA, CANADA and caribbean non-spanish speaking countries
LA.- Mexico, Central america, South America (Brazil included) and the
rest of the caribbean.
