As expected, we have had the usual objections to
the suggestions listed below:

To overcome these problems once and for all, several 
members of the Steering Committee are working to build 
support with outside organizations to make the changes 
outlined above.  I am confident that they will be 
implemented, one way or another, very soon.

In the interim, I suggest that you move forward under
the mission listed above.  Specifically, I suggest that:
	-	You continue in your role as organizer for the
		Boston Meeting.
	-	The goal of this meeting is to draft a consensus
		set of corporate documents and recommend a slate 
		of Interim Board of Directors for the New Corp.
	-	You use the consensus points from the previous IFWP
		meetings in drafting these documents, and use a
		consensus process to address the ambiguous issues.
