Comments on the New gTLD Applicant Guidebook Version 2 (V2), module 6

Dear sirs

 

Please note to some my Comments on the New gTLD Applicant Guidebook Version
2 (V2), module 2:

 

3. in some countries, IDN TLDs must not be executed only when they have
their government consent. Does ICANN want to investigate this before
application process?

 

6. This items puts ICANN's clear behavior under question. How can an
organization that wants to show everything transparent, ruins his consumers'
right to sue it against his mistakes. Is it legal to force others (in a
non-equal situation where ICANN has the monopoly of internet control)
abandon their obvious rights?!

 

7. what happens to the documents that are clearly specified as "Classified"?
will ICANN publish them?

 

10. why should the winner accept whatever ICANN puts on the table to sign as
the registry agreement?
