Association Uninet represents three of the biggest domain registration
and web hosting companies in Bulgaria, as well as Internet providers
and IT companies.

3. There are some countries where local laws are issued to prevent the
deployment of IDN TLDs in local scripts, without the local government
consent. Does ICANN plan to investigate this issue before the start of
the application round?

5. Clause 5 is too extensive and should be reviewed.

6. Please note that in many countries forgoing the right to sue or
challenge another party is illegal. ICANN must review this clause.

7. It is not clear if ICANN will keep confidential submitted applicant
material, clearly marked as confidential?
