5.2.1  Question 2:    DNSSEC . Please take into consideraton that prior to 
applications being accepted, upfront clarification needs to be done if there is 
a requirement of signing up (or not) for DNSSEC will be a "mandatory 
requirement" of the Registration Agreement. In Mexico City meeting Russian rep. 
was asking that question so it needs to be clarified.  

5.2.1. Question 5:    IVP6 Reach-ability. Please take into consideraton that 
it's not clear at all in the document. But it needs to be stated now as 
applicants are/might planning  to raise money. We suggest that for ICANN is 
better to dismiss this requirement for now.
