Dear sirs

Please note to some my Comments on the New gTLD Applicant Guidebook Version
2 (V2), module 5:

Item 5.2.1:

Q 2: There are many confusions about DNSSEC around the world. I think it's
better for the applicant to know ICANN's clear vision on whether or not
signing up with DNSSEC is a necessity for the applicants who win a TLD?

Q 5: IPv6 has also the same story. In some countries we cannot find ISPs
offering IPv6. What happens to applicants from these countries?

Q 6: where should be the escrow provider located. What happens if an outside
US company wins the application and suddenly ICANN doesn't accept his escrow
provider.

This is also important with companies located in countries with political
challenges with US (like Iran). ICANN must clearly states his policy in this
regards.

Item 5.2.2:

The same confusion as Q6 is still alive for securing a financial instrument.
What happens to letter of credits provided by Iranian Banks?

I think ICANN must clearly respond to this question before an applicant
decides to act.
