Dear Sir or Madam,
The purpose of this email is to ask ICANN to proceed w/expanding the
Internet by issuing top level domain names. I understand the process can
be time consuming but I would hope the time for comment would come to an
end and the Internet be allowed to expand. The TLD system presently is
limiting to small businesses and I would hope this would be expanded so
that small start ups and the like can have the domain names they prefer.
