The string requirements for gTLDs (section 2.2.1.3.2) have been compiled
with recognition of the revisions to RFC 1123 in draft form here:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-liman-tld-names-04
However, the list of Top-Level Reserved Names in section 2.2.1.2 includes
the following reserved names:
GTLD-SERVERS
IANA-SERVERS
RFC-EDITOR
ROOT-SERVERS
These names are not valid ASCII TLD labels according to the draft RFC, which
contains the following ABNF:
traditional-tld-label = 1*63(ALPHA)
ALPHA = %x41-5A / %x61-7A ; A-Z / a-z
The hyphens in these names are not part of the allowed character set defined
by the token ALPHA.
