Support for the AfriNIC Application

This is in support for the Full Recognition of AfriNIC as an RIR.

Thanks and support go to  all those who have put their time, effort and 
expertise to get AfriNIC to the level that it is today.

Full recognition will give way to the launch of AfriNIC as the official 
African RIR.

ICANN should show support to this process by granting AfriNIC full 
recognition.
