to the Nominating Committee. Sally is an author and technologist who
wishes to run for the position. I feel she would do an excellent job in 
finding
permanent members for the committee.

Roger Nelson has an extensive background in the "triple threat" of 
interwoven business, entertainment and technology worlds. He has long 
experience in creative team management. Nelson was chief technology officer 
on the launch of Virtual World, the entertainment environment center that 
featured Battletech, and he was the CTO on the first of the Q-Zar Laser Tag 
arenas in the U.S. These projects brought location-based virtual reality 
entertainment to America and launched an industry. Nelson co-founded and 
was the COO for Vuppet, an electronics company that created advanced human 
input devices for game consoles and computers. special areas of interest 
and expertise include the technologies of virtual reality, animatronics, 
soundscapes, holography, point-of-sale systems and 3D imaging. Before 
converting to digital technology, Roger ran a successful commercial 
photography business as well as a System Integration business that 
supported San Francisco bay area businesses.
