Re: Expired Domain Name the had Whoisguard Subscription.

Hello Every One,
 
Here is What I think is a Valid Question: A domain  Name with a whoisguard 
subscription expires on the 21 of XXX month + year.   On the 27th of the same 
mon
th the owner discovers this and immediately tries to  renew via the said 
registrants, unsucessfully.  As the domain is not  showing to be in their 
system.
 
What are the International Rules relating to Expired domain  names?  What is 
the name of the voluntary or Commercial group that  regulates these practices 
and policies? Who governs Registrants?  Are  domain owners protected like 
Off-Line Consumers and Distant  Selling?
