According to the vote called by the Chairman on 5 July 2005, the At Large
Advisory Committee has
NOT APPROVED
the request of accreditation as At Large Structure filed by INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY & TECHNOLOGY (IPT) SECTION OF THE HAWAII STATE BAR ASSOCIATION on
23 June 2004.
The votes cast were counted as follows:
YES 9
NO 1
ABSTAIN 2
The Committee is available to work with the applicant to verify the
reasons why the application could not be approved, and, if possible,
adjust it so that it can be considered again.
