This comes from Olof Nordling. ICANN will publish this call for papers 
in tomorrow's edition of the Wall Street Journal and the International 
Herald Tribune. On Friday, it will appear in The Economist, Financial 
Times and Business Day. The hope is that these advertisements will bring 
in comments from new people outside the usual circles.
