Unfortunately, there is no longer an individual 
membership option for ICANN.  Individuals have 
been denied the right to elect Board members.
Your alternative is to join or create an 
"At-Large Structure" and involve that in ICANN 
politics, or to communicate your concerns to us, 
the members of the Interim At-Large Advisory
