John, thanks for making those important distinctions between monetization and tasting. Basically, from what you say, sleaze will always happen, but it just doesn't need to ooze through this particular loophole. Can we say anything else about how the loophole affects end users? How do all these millions of names affect traffic, either while they are live or after they have been abandoned a few days later? How much money is being lost by giving out "free samples" of domains during the add-grace period? Does this ultimately affect the price everyone has to pay for domains, hosting, other things? JP
