[alac] Voting on ALS applications

Bruce,

Several ALAC member already pointed out: We spend too much time waiting 
for the completion of the due diligence forms. Let us vote on those 
applications we have the due diligence forms on. I do not understand 
though what is the problem with the others and expected those to be 
finished a long time ago.

Anyhow, could you please send to the ALAC members in one mail all 
applications and the respective due diligence form (of those you have 
available). Jean will then again have to set up the voting tool again 
(sorry for you Jean, this is what we tried to avoid by getting all 
together and vote on them at once). Meanwhile each region tells us on 
which application they agree and if so - on which not - and why.
