Sir,
I consider allocation a very good idea. The allocation procedure has to be
based on First Come First Serve Basis, instead of an Auction format. The
reason I say this is such names will rest in the hands of people with big
money, which doesn't indicate equitable allocation.
I am also vouching for holding back names few names that can be segregated
for physically challenged/disable people in the Domaining world. I
understand that these domains fetch a lot of money but it would also be nice
to have lesser privileged to get them. I speak for myself as a physically
challenged person.
In the Domaining World, whether it be in domain registration, domain
conferences, domain softwares, domain names, there are no
privilege/concessions for people like me. I hope you will consider and
include this in the proposal.
Thanks
Charley
