Ombudsman process can be greatly improved it it goes beyond its 'one man
office' status. There needs to be levels of the ombusdman process. Smaller
and peripheral issues could be handled by the Ombudsmen's team / Deputies
and issues that are escalated / issues that are of utmost importance right
from the outset could be dealt by the Ombudsman by a direct process.
