On Marilyn's comment re the Charter. the present wording about prime interest
should cover it.
If it leads to any problems in the future lets address it with a real case in
front of us not a speculative one.
Any individual piece of the charter can be amended if it proves unfit for
purpose.
In the meantime dear BC members please VOTE !
