Fyi the Initial Report of this Working Group. Many thanks to Martin Sutton, Berry Cobb, Mikey O'Connor, Caleb Queern and Phil Corwin for their participation in this group thus far. The BC has been one of the main drivers of this group. We will be preparing draft comments for BC members' review in the next couple weeks, but of course discussion on the list would be welcome, if anyone has any questions or comments after reading the Executive Summary and the Recommendations, at least.
