Can you just confirm the right address for Le Meridien?I hear it is just across
the street from the venue, so would be excellent to confirm we have the right
hotel...I don't know that the board will be at this hotel, though, but still if
it is more convenient to the venue, that is usually best for all of us with
heavy work schedules and early meetings every day.
There are two: one at airport and one in center of city. It is the latter one
you want. :-)

Dear all,
I just checked the Brussels
meeting website to register and saw that the official hotel has yet to be
posted. I have also heard a rumor that the ICANN staff/board have taken
up all of the rooms in an undisclosed hotel and in speaking with the Brussels
.EU team here,
they advised that we select “any hotel near the central station”.
Andrew Mack suggested Le Meridien Hotel, and I just looked it up to find that
it is, in fact, very close to the station, Grande Place and most importantly,
Square
Brussels Meeting Centre where the meeting will take place. Unless Philip
has another recommendation, being that he is ‘on the ground’ in Brussels, I
would suggest that we consider Le Meridien as the
‘BC hotel’ for the Brussels
meeting.
Kind regards,
