Dear BC Members: This email provides both the Transcript and the MP3 recording of the Members discussion which is posted to the BC public list. This serves as an update that the Chair declared an executive session at the opening of the call, as previoulsy announced in the members notice about the call. That segment was not recorded or transcribed as executive sessions are limited to members only.The segment lasted approximately 20 minutes, and a summary of the discussion, the Members endorsement of recommendations, and the following call with the CSG leadership will be forthcoming and posted to bcprivate list.
