Hi there,

 

I notice that section 3.2  the TMC is only for ?Word Marks? not design
marks.

Currently design marks are accepted by registry in sunrise applications. I
use them for a number of clients.

 

 

I am not sure why design marks are not included in TMC, perhaps Zahid who
was on the IRT would remember.

 

 

Does this have implications for any other BC member?

 

This must reduce the impact of the TMC
