Non-Commercial Users Group (NCUC) is hosting a day-long ICANN policy conference 
on 12-Oct at Fairmont Royal York Hotel

on a panel.

Final report from the WG on definitions and metrics for Consumer Trust, 
Consumer Choice, and Competition in the new gTLD program.
