Please find attached the BC Annotated Agenda I drafted in preparation for
Durban. This schedule includes all meetings present on the public schedule,
but also includes all closed BC & CSG  meetings and events. I also
highlighted meetings of interest to BC members, and added BC leads to
different meetings.
