proposed new contracts for the .org, .info and .biz

I am strongly against such a contract,

I have placed my business in the hands of .info in good faith around its
current pricing system.

I have budgeted for the renewal to go up by inflation of around 3-8%
each year.

If this new agreement goes ahead I will be in effect ransomed and they
can "name there price" for the renewal of my domain as I have already
invested a great deal of branding money my .info Domain name and don't
want to change it.

For me, this is a terrible situation to be put in. It will also devalue
the .info brand as the renewal fees will be an unknown.

How can this proposal be in my best interests? IT IS NOT!

A fixed fee pricing system, rising by inflation each year, is the most
transparent, business like and fair way to proceed,

Given the overwhelming public opinion against the new contract
proposals, I will utterly lose my faith in ICANN and create a legal case
that you have not acted in my, and internet users around the globe, best
interests.

Kind Regards,

D.Sprake B.Eng (Hons)
