[board-09georegionswg] Action Items From 22 June Geo Regions WG Mtg

Dear Working Group Members;

In light of the discussions at yesterday's meeting, set forth below is the 
action item/publication timetable that Dave Archbold has proposed for the 
Working Group's Initial Report.


 *   June 25 --  Due date for additional issues spotting contributions and 
submission of edits/comments from WG members on Initial Report draft outline 
and accompanying draft charts to the Chair (the documents were circulated by 
Dave Archbold via email on June 15)


 *   June 26 -- Chair to circulate revised draft documents to working group.


 *   July 3 --  WG Member comments on revised Initial Report draft document and 
charts due to Chair


 *   July 8/9/or 10 --  Target window for next WG teleconference meeting to 
discuss Initial Report preparations


 *   July 14 - Target date for WG Member approval via email of final draft of 
Initial Report and accompanying charts


 *   July 20 (or sooner)--  Public Posting of Initial Report in all six UN 
languages simultaneously (35 day comment period)


 *   August 25 (or sooner) - Comment Forum Period Closes

Please post any and all comments regarding the proposed timetable or the draft 
documents to the entire WG email list.  Cheryl Langdon-Orr has already posted 
some additional comments and notes (during yesterday's meeting) on the Working 
Group wiki (see

 ) that will be incorporated into the next version of the document.
