Dear Working Group Members:

Consistent with the WG discussions last week, attached please find the Final

In particular Dave and I have made a number of substantive changes, edits,
modifications to the following newly numbered paragraphs:

Paragraph 62 – newly added per 11/5 WG Call
Par 67 – edited per call discussions
Pars 79 and 80 – edited per WG call request to clarify; turned one paragraph
into two.
Pars 102 and 103 – added new text per dialogue on 11/5 call.
Pars 104 and 105 – revised NomCom language per discussion on 11/5
Par 108 – have indicated staff will research cost figures
Par 122 – per dialogue on 11/5 call

I also made a number of other typo fixes and added some links to footnotes 33
and 34.

Per the discussions last week, please review and provide any final feedback,
comments or suggestions by COB Wednesday 10 November. At that time I will
finalize the Table of Contents, transmit the document to the translators and
set up the public comment forum for public posting by 15 November.

Thank you all for your efforts on this project.

Best regards,

Rob Hoggarth

P.S. Gisella will shortly be circulating a Doodle Scheduling Poll link for the
next Working Group call during the week of 15 November.
