    Dear Geographic Regions Review Working Group Members;

Thank you to everyone who responded to the recent request for
feedback on meeting times. Based on responses to the recent Doodle
Scheduling Poll and after consultation with the Chair, the next
call/meeting of the working group will be scheduled for Thursday, 24
    May at 1200 UTC.

A proposed draft agenda for the meeting is:

        2. WG Discussion of general reactions to community feedback
regarding Draft Final Report (DA - both written and in San Jose
        - 20 minutes)
        3. Specific Discussion of written feedback – focus on issues
checklist (DA - 25 minutes – to be continued via email or on
        next WG call)
        4. Discussion of time frame going forward – benchmarks and
timelines for producing Final Report (DA - 10 minutes).

Please share any pre-meeting thoughts, suggested changes or
modifications to the draft agenda or any other comments on the
working group mailing list. As usual, we will post notes and a
recording of the call/meeting on the working group wiki page.

Gisella Gruber will follow-up with call details and logistics.

Looking forward to talking to you all next week.

    Best regards,

    Rob
