Dear Working Group Members;
There were not enough responses and common available times to the Doodle
Scheduling Poll to get a time for an informal group gathering this week. Dave
advises that where possible he will be reaching out to you individually for
one-on-one chats.
Toward the end of the week I'll send out a poll for a WG call. I'll shoot for
the two-to-three week period after the Prague meeting for potential dates and
times.
Enjoy the ICANN meeting this week!
Best,
Rob

Gathering
Dear Working Group Members;
While free time in schedules has become a precious commodity at ICANN meetings,
I am following through on the suggestion to identify some informal time for you
all to gather to talk for a few minutes next week in Prague. Perhaps now that
your schedules are solidifying, you will be able to indicate your availability
for a few possible times later in the week.
I have created a short Doodle Scheduling Poll at
http://www.doodle.com/y7nbbn5vysvy7xpv for a number of possible times on
Wednesday and Thursday. Please check your calendars and indicate whether any
of the times might work for you. Sorry for the early morning slots! If we can
identify a time, we'll then follow up with a location at the Prague Hilton.
Please check out the poll at this link - http://www.doodle.com/y7nbbn5vysvy7xpv
. I'll join Dave for a short conversation early in the week to determine
whether a get-together can be pulled off.
Based on the conversation during the last WG call, there is clear interest to
move forward with a formal call shortly after Prague to continue work on
discussing and generating the final report document. You can discuss that
meeting time during the gathering. If the Prague group gathering does not come
off, I'll get out a scheduling poll next Thursday to identify a convenient time
for that post-Prague call.
Thank you. See you all soon in Prague.
Rob
