Selective Censorship by ICANN ALAC part 2 To:Re: Request to mailing list ALAC rejected

Whomever this is and all,

  Again what does "No reason given" mean?  Why was my 
post rejected?  What rule was broken if any?  Is or is not
the ALAC an open and transparent and accountable group within
ICANN?  Is or is not ICANN itself open, transparent and accountable?
If not, than why not just say so.  Otherwise this rejection
is a form of selective censorship.
