Shortcut to Reverse Hijacking

Is it not obvious to Icann that CAC's proposal is a wholesale process to
steal domains from its present registrants?
Don't they realize this will be abused by many dishonest companies that
want a generic domain?

Reverse hijacking attempts will become rampant. Many will be publicized
after the fact.
This will force the U.S. and worldwide press to scrutinize Icann's approval
process and point out every error.

The U.S. Congress will initiate hearings because their
constituents including small businesses, organizations, churches will lose
their domains to reverse hijackers. DOC will be forced to reverse the
lenient oversight of Icann.

If CAC is approved, I can see class action lawsuits being brought against
CAC, Icann, the registrars, and the registries* because of the
unjust confiscation of domains.

The only people that will benefit by Icann's rubber stamp approval of CAC
will be CAC, IP lawyers and unethical companies that will abuse the system.

This will not injure nor stop the few cybersquatters that exist.

The people that will be punished by Icann's rubber stamp approval of CAC
will be the millions and millions of honest domain registrants that thought
their domain they have owned for years was safe.
