Public List of UDRP appeals

Hello,

There was one further issue that I wanted to raise in relation to my prior 
comment:

namely that there should also be a public record of all UDRP decisions that are 
appealed in real court by respondents. This should be a very easy database to 
maintain, as all registrars are required to transfer the domain names to a 
winning complainant unless there is a court action. PDFs of the appeals should 
be published alongside the UDRP decisions.
