I would like to thank the members of the working group for their work and 
report. I express my support for a self-selected banded model. As I stated 
in Marrakesh, I believe that this offers a pragmatic solution to this 
long-standing and vexed issue.

I suggest that the banding guideline table should be published and 
regularly updated as a part of a 'guidance' section of the ccNSO sections 
of the web site, particularly as ccTLDs revise their contributions over 
time. For example, .uk has made a voluntary contribution of USD85,000 
following the recent exchange of letters between Nominet and ICANN.
