First of all, please allow me to express my appreciation to the
working group for their hard work.

.jp has one comment on the chart included in the report.

To make the point of "3. Guidelines" clearer, we suggest that .jp and
other ccTLD's which fall under the category "a) Pursuant to a
contract" be removed from the chart and included in a separate chart.

For example, the figure of .jp is not self-selected, but is calculated
based on the ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement.  We should not be included
in the chart, purpose of which is to indicate "self-select banded
model".
