Mr. España currently works for NeuStar, Inc.   NeuStar is the registry operator 
of the and the .US  Top Level Domain.  Mr. España manages registrar accounts in 
the US and Asia Pacific. Mr. España has been in the domain name industry since 
1998.  Prior to joining NeuStar, Mr. España worked for Melbourne IT and 
assisted in their operations and business development initiatives for the US 
market.  

Prior to joining Melbourne IT, Mr. España worked at Network Solutions, Inc. ( 
NSI ) where he helped establish the International Premier Partners Group.  Mr. 
España managed worldwide accounts in China, Australia, India, Thailand, Sweden, 
Denmark, United Kingdom, Spain and Brazil. 

Mr. España has a bachelors degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State 
University (Virginia Tech ).  Mr. España currently resides in the Washington, 
D.C. area.
