It is my understanding that complaints filed with ICANN are routinely and totally ignored without even the attempt to reply. These complaints originated with knujon.com and are to be taken seriously. The failure of the ombudsman to reply only increases the apparent lawless of ICANN. A detailed copy of the complaints (numerous) are being forwarded by me to the FCC. There is no possible excuse for your failure to respond to legitimate complaints in a timely and legal manner.
