Attached are comments from the Business Constituency (BC) regarding the 
proposed New gTLD Registry Agreement.

This comment was discussed during a BC member call on 12-Mar-2013.  Members 
then considered and commented on a draft compilation of previous BC positions 
on four elements of the new gTLD registry agreement.
