Kindly find attached the ratified ALAC Statement on the CCWG-Accountability - 
Draft Proposal on Work Stream 1 Recommendations. Please note that the content 
of Statement is the same as the

 submitted by the ALAC Chair Alan Greenberg on 21 December 2015. The only 
difference is the addition of the Staff introduction that details how the 
Statement was developed, as well as the ratification information.
