Some questions :
(1) multiple languages/scripts consideration
At the second level of a gTLD, the number of languages
expressing IDNs may be more than one. This means LGRs at the
second level should take multiple languages/scripts into
consideration including the mutual consistency. Is this aspect
incorporated in the suggested process?
(2) relationship with RootLGR
Essentially it's natural for me to think that the issues are
pretty much similar to those in RootLGR projects. Thinking of
this, what's the relationship with RootLGR?
(3) the number of LGRs for one language/scripts
How many kinds of IDN tables will be defined as a reference?
For example, gTLDs with IDN table definition have already been
proposed and delegated and those IDN tables for the same
language/script may be different from each other. In that case,
are we going to converge them into one, or do we allow more
than one reference IDN tables for a single language/script?
(4) who will develop the reference IDN table
Are gTLD registries with IDN tables expected to cooperate to come
up with a (compromised) result?
