MarkMonitor concurs with the comments of FICPI 
(http://forum.icann.org/lists/comments-locking-domain-name-15mar13/msg00000.html),
 regarding the Initial Report of the Policy Development Process Working Group 
for Locking of a Domain Names Subject to the UDRP.  MarkMonitor believes that 
the Initial Report shows that the Working Group is making important progress 
toward deterring cyberflight, and we look forward to the Final Report being 
produced for GNSO consideration.
