NTAG Follow-up comments on Name Collision Issue

The NTAG formed an SSR Working Group to gather data, study and analyze this 
issue as a follow-on to our original comments submitted during the Name 
Collision initial comment period.  

These comments reflect a follow-up to that document.  Due to the extensive and 
detailed work required, this analysis and attached comments were literally just 
completed.  

This did not leave the NTAG time for a formal vote but I would note that the 
NTAG SSR Working Group was requested to do this work on behalf of the NTAG and 
they have served that purpose well.  And while we did not have adequate time to 
gain official NTAG consensus, I am confident this reflects the views of the 
majority of the members of the NTAG.  

Thank you for the opportunity to submit these comments and we look forward to 
continuing to work closely with ICANN and others in the Internet Community to 
address these issues in a thorough and expeditious fashion.
