Dear ICANN,

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation
Issues Policy document):

The WHOIS system should not be public. Look at how auDA has implemented the
.au whois system - only the name and email of the owner are visible (and the
email address is hidden unless you use a certain website with captcha).

Our address and phone number are no one's business. If anyone requires that
information they can get a court order and request it from the registrar.

I urge you to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process.

- Everyone deserves the right to privacy.
- No one's personal information should be revealed without a court order,
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law
enforcement agency.

Private information should be kept private. Thank you.

Regards,

Kevin Green
